VTASTD will be offering a one-day workshop on Facilitation Skills on June 14, 2012!!! The workshop will be held at the Miller Center in Burlington, VT.  Some of the topics covered include:

  • Identifying group barriers ahead of time
  • Knowing when to intervene and when to get out of the way
  • Keeping the group focused and moving in the right direction

What's New and Hot?

Vermont ASTD Welcomes New Technical Writers SIG

Vermont ASTD is excited to have a local special interest group (SIG) for technical writers join our chapter!  SIG lead, Patricia Myers, joined our board of directors in March 2012. 

The firsty SIG event is scheduled for May 16th and will be on the Agile Methodology; see the Upcoming Events above to learn more!
